They have expertise in graphic design, layout techniques, and marketing execution taking projects from concept to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesIn partnership with agency and marketing team members, plan and execute consistent visual concepts across multiple deliverables tailored for print, online, and other applications.Partner with marketing account managers, clients, and agency partners to implement the annual marketing plan and strategies.Review and edit work for consistency, conceptual integrity, client standards, and creative quality.Assist with presentation design and layout to ensure consistency across presentations for events and meetings.Design marketing assets, collateral, and marketing campaign look and feel.Identify best practices and provide feedback on the accuracy and quality of deliverables.Ideal Candidates HaveStrong Production skills; complete understanding of the Mac platform and technical expertise with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Balance of excellent typography skills, composition layout, and understanding of photography, illustration, and web/print process.Strong technical skills in large format printing, web/sheet fed/direct mail/pre-press, retouching, 4c printing, digital file preparation, 4-color print and production processes, and pre-press delivery formats.Understanding of digital/web space, and Photoshop tools related to slicing and producing web-ready graphics.Intermediate-level experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Education & Experience5-10 years relevant experienceBachelor’s degreeApplication RequirementsA portfolio of previous design work is required for consideration.Compensation Range$69,300.00 - $103,900.00CurrencyUSDTypeSalaryAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.Equal Opportunity EmployerAs an Equal Opportunity Employer, we are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
