Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Design System Specialist to fill an open position for a Fortune 15 Healthcare company. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing, global company that is an essential link that allows healthcare providers to reduce costs, improve operations, and increase quality, so that they can offer better care to their patients.In this role, you will:Create and build designs, component libraries, and prototypes in Figma.Ensure the structure and organization of the components are intuitive to all parties.Provide detailed design specs and documentation for components and patterns to ensure consistency and accuracy.Facilitate communication of the design system throughout the organization.The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:Possesses a keen eye for aesthetics, conscientious attention to detail, and an understanding of the relationship between design decisions and their impact on a systems-level scale.Approaches problems holistically as a unified system and considers all perspectives.Has strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.Demonstrates the ability to assess project scope and provides accurate time estimates to consistently meet deadlines, anticipate issues, and raise concerns early.Is flexible and open to feedback.
