MacStadium is looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be instrumental in championing our ABM program and events execution through effective communication, teamwork, and excellent project management. This includes supporting campaign management, resource organization, internal and external events, presentation coordination, vendor management, and more.We are looking for a highly-motivated, curious individual who can bring fresh, unconventional, and progressive ideas to our team, has a passion for marketing, and is a natural go-getter. You are highly organized, love tackling new projects, gracefully navigate ambiguity, and possess a passion for making a positive impact on the people around you.Ultimately, the Marketing Specialist will be pivotal in driving targeted marketing campaigns to key accounts and managing impactful events that enhance our brand presence and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based strategies and event management.This role will report to the Head of Marketing and must be located in Atlanta, GA with a very flexible hybrid remote/in-office schedule.What you will be doing:

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to target key accounts, including personalized campaigns and messagingCollaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts, create account profiles, and develop tailored marketing programsUtilize ABM, marketing automation, and CRM platforms to implement and measure ABM campaigns, tracking effectiveness and optimizing strategies based on data insightsCoordinate with content and creative teams to develop relevant content and assets aligned with ABM strategiesEvent Management:Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including conferences, seminars, webinars, and virtual eventsManage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, budget management, vendor coordination, and on-site executionWork cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure event goals are aligned with overall marketing and business objectivesMeasure and report on the success of events through key metrics such as attendance, lead generation, and post-event follow-upWhat Skills and Experience you need to have:

3-5 years of work experience in marketing and/or event coordinationExperience managing internal and external eventsResults-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitaskEventbrite, Monday.com, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce as well as ABM platform (to be determined later) experience preferred or proven ability to quickly learn new toolsExperience collaborating cross-functionally within an organizationBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experienceA technical, cloud, or SaaS background is a plus given the nature of our team, our product, and our customer base, but is not required.What you will get:
