Bullhorn is looking for the next Digital Ads Specialist to join the team on an on-going contract basis. We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative, and driven to succeed in digital advertising. We’re looking for someone to work at least
10-15 hours per week

At least 6-12 months of experience in digital advertisingWhat Success Looks Like For This Role
Skillfully managing various Facebook, Google, and YouTube campaigns that meet or exceed KPIsFully "owning" ad accounts and being responsible for their successContinually learning new ancillary marketing skills (web page building, Zapier automations, dashboard building)Pro-actively looking for ways to grow client accounts by expanding into new strategies or new channelsCommunicating regularly with project managers and account managers regarding campaign status and performanceSkills Needed
Above all else, a positive attitude and a deep sense of curiosity and willingness to learn and grow in digital advertisingWorking knowledge of Facebook Ad and Google Ad platformsAbility to analyze campaign data and make intelligence decisions for optimizationAbility to write compelling and persuasive text ads for Google and FacebookAbility to generate creative ideas for new ads on a continual basisBullhorn is a small but growing digital advertising agency based in Nashville, TN.
