The company has a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and integrity to earn and keep the trust of our customers.About the Position:We are looking for a highly driven Associate Marketing Manager who has strong written, verbal, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working in cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 3 – 5 years’ experience working in marketing or related department with a focus on product growth in existing and new markets. They will also have a strong sense of marketing strategies through various channels, including print and digital media, surveys, interviews and trade shows.Job Duties/Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing sales tools, brochures, spec sheets, and other collateralAssist in writing support and training documents for internal and external usersCollaborates with Marketing and Sales team on shared projects, initiatives and strategiesWorks closely with sales team to understand market and value of our productsAssist with strategies around the promotion of our portfolio of productsAssist with the launching of new productsPost-market surveys and reports after launching of productsCoordinate trade shows

and trade show logisticsMonitor trade show supplies, literature, and all other materials.Ability to travel 10%, occasionally to include weekends for trade shows, photo shoots and business meetingsQualifications/Skills:

Ability to effectively use MS Office programs: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong proofreading, editing, document formatting skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teamsExcellent teamwork skillsExceptional organization skills – can handle multiple projects at the same timeSelf-motivated, collaborative, and shares responsibility for the team’s success and progressStrong work ethic, sound judgment, has integrity, is trustworthy with the ability to maintain strict confidentialityAccess to reliable transportationAdditional skills which are a plus:

Knowledge of graphic editing programs (Canva, Pixelmator, Photoshop, InDesign)Knowledge of website editing (Wordpress)Requirements

High School diploma/GEDBachelor’s degree a plus, but not requiredEffective written and verbal communicationsValid drivers license with good driving recordsAbility to work more than 40 hours, as neededSalary & Benefits:
