As a Telemarketing Specialist at DRS Group USA, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to make cold calls to potential customers, primarily targeting automotive dealerships and body shops, to introduce them to our range of hail damage repair and dent repair services. This role requires a strategic approach to identify and reach out to new clients, thereby contributing to our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calls to potential clients, including automotive dealerships and body shops, to generate new business opportunities.Effectively communicate the benefits and value of DRS Group USA's hail damage repair services.Schedule appointments for further discussions and service demonstrations.Maintain and update the customer database with accurate call records and client information.Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.Achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs related to call volume and client acquisition.Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve telemarketing skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.Ability to handle rejection and stay positive under pressure.Basic understanding of the automotive industry and body shop operations is a plus.
