The Marketing Manager implements North Creek's brand initiatives and marketing communications strategy. The Manager works with colleagues across departments to align marketing and commnications with company initiatives. The Manager will be involved in supporting key vendor relationships and enhancing our customers' experience while building opportunities to increase sales revenue.Interested candidates: email resume and cover letter to Human Resources Manager at employment@northcreeknurseries.com or steve@northcreeknurseries.com.Develop and curate engaging content to represent the North Creek brandCoordinate digital calendar for horticultural and ecological markets, including seasonal new product launches, sales and product brochures, promotional literature for external and internal eventsCreate and maintain outward facing social media and website content; write, copy, select photography and schedule posts for social media platformsAssist with the planning and execution of tradeshows and in-house customer eventsAnalyze current market conditions and competitor information as necessaryTrack website and social media analytics; prepare reports as requiredManage photo library and add photo content throughout the calendar yearPerform additional marketing tasks as neededKnowledge / Skills Required

Exceptional written and verbal communication essentialHighly organized, with the ability to communicate effectively across internal and external teams to keep projects on track and within budgetWillingness to travel regionally and nationally for customer interaction and trade eventsAnalytical and strategic outlook, with a knowledge of current social media trendsExpertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud; willingness to learn customized computer softwareEducation

Bachelor's degree in marketing or horticulture preferred, but will consider prior business experience
