. The Marketing

Manager will work with Senior Management

, Division

/Department

Managers, and/or professional marketing firms to deploy successful

marking

campaigns from beginning to end

.Responsibilities:Implement the company’s social media strategy, in conjunction with IT, by creating and delivering relevant and engaging social media content and reporting resultsDevelop strategies and tactics to create brand awareness about the business and drive qualified opportunitiesProduce valuable and engaging content for the website that attracts target customersBuild strategic relationships and partner with industry players, agencies, and vendorsPrepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basisOversee and approve marketing material from website banners to hard copy brochuresMeasure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsAnalyze industry trends and adjust email advertising campaigns accordinglySupport company sales initiatives and branding through direct marketing campaignsRegularly report on Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing effortsPerform website updates and provide

new contentUpdate and/or create literature,

advertisements and sales presentationsAssist

with internal and external company communications, events, and public relationsPerform department administrative duties as

neededParticipates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as directedAdheres to all company policies and

proceduresPerforms other duties as
