We are adding a Marketing Manager to the Integrated Marketing team. If you are highly motivated and enjoy a challenge, this is an exciting opportunity! In addition to working within the Integrated Marketing team, you will lead the team who oversees all corporate race sponsorships and influencer partnerships. You will also work with key business partners in Product Marketing and Sales to develop marketing strategy, plans and campaigns for an assigned segment of business.
Core Responsibilities:Develop relationships with sponsors and influencers to grow brand presenceManage team who oversees all corporate race sponsorships and influencer partnershipsLead and/or support planning and implementation of key marketing campaignsPlan and coordinate AMSOIL presence at events; assist in managing event budgetDevelop new product launch marketing plansCoordinate advertisement content and placementPartner with Digital Marketing to develop a social media plan and e-mail strategyAssess the effectiveness of sponsorships and campaigns to determine ROI on marketing investmentsPosition Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience5+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated understanding of basic marketing and business concepts through education, work experience or other trainingKnowledge of marketing trends, best practices, and resourcesExcellent organization skills with a keen attention to detailWorks well in a team environment with the ability to motivate othersSelf-motivated person with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple competing projects and shifting prioritiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRMAvailable and eligible to travel up to 20% of time by plane and/or carPrevious management experiencePreferred Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in MarketingPassion for and/or knowledge of cars, trucks and AMSOIL productsBenefits:Paid time off and paid holidays each yearEmployee bonus program401(k) with company matchPaid life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insuranceCompetitive health benefitsHealth savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) optionsAffordable group dental, vision, critical illness, and accident insuranceEmployee discount on productIf you have any questions or need assistance with the application process, please email: humanresources@amsoil.comEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledAMSOIL is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
