VISIONYou are the glue that binds all marketing and advertising projects together. You direct, coax, persuade, and push all projects to completion and adhere to the established timelines. You are an integral part of Sellmark's growth and sales strategy. The marketing project manager will sit at the crossroads of all project delivery for the marketing and advertising team.Working closely with the marketing team and managers, you will communicate direction and delegate tasks to the team. You will use your strong interpersonal and time management skills to manage conversations between departments to meet important goals. The project manager is an implementer and problem solver with impeccable attention to detail.Sellmark is a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be nimble, quickly transitioning between projects and pivoting to overcome roadblocks or changes in deadlines. You will be a team player who enjoys leading others through completing tasks and holding others accountable.

Essential Duties And TasksWork closely with the Director of Marketing to align projects daily and ensure that the team is prioritizing their time to its fullest capacity.Assist in building and managing marketing project timelines, including making traditional & digital media buys to support product lifecycle-based promotion.Serve as lead point of contact with external vendors ensuring that all internal stakeholders give timely feedback keeping projects on time.Provide strategic analysis, planning, and coordination for media and advertising.Organize and manage projects with complete transparency with the goal of continuous improvement and looking out for the company's best interest.Map out and enforce production timelines for all new content for frequent product marketing introductions.Define the project's scope in collaboration with Product Development, Marketing, and Creative.Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to complete the project.Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.Ensuring planned media placements happen per contracted agreements.Ensuring that Pulsar's annual JMP is agreed to and all commitments are fulfilled.Accountable for monitoring the progress regarding project activities with a strong sense of urgency.Build and manage marketing project timelines.Help push creative deliverables through the marketing department.Enter the tasks for creative regarding advertising bookings.Assign new tasks after marketing meetings.Assist the Marketing Director in budget management and reconciliation.Coordinate and have JMP tasks done promptly.Coordinate marketing inventory and monthly/quarterly audits.Track marketing expenses and match the invoices.Coordinate campaigns, projects, messaging plans, and calendars.Attend industry trade shows and participate in special events as needed.

QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or a suitable combination of education and experience.Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing/traffic environment.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Netsuite.Familiar with ClickUp, Asana, or other project management software.Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Must have a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.Excellent time management skills.Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Calm demeanor and ability to work well under pressure.Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
