You Are

UST is looking for a Community/Marketing Manager for their client. As the Community/Marketing Manager you will act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the client brand through content distribution, community events, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust (online and in-person) and drive engagement with client products.

The Opportunity

Develop, drive, and execute all community outreach and marketing materials i.e email blasts, social media posts, community surveys, etc.Use Tableau dashboards and excel to create targeted distribution lists for communications.Leverage analytics and the power of data to determine the impact of marketing, communication, and change interventions and use the data to drive future decision making.Lead in the development, design, and delivery of in-person and digital learning events, including event promotion and project planning.SharePoint website management and content updatesAssists with presentations about programs to community entities/stakeholders.Exceptional prioritization and project management skillsProducing compelling and engaging marketing and communication campaignsExtracting insights from multiple data sources to make informed decisions.Staying organized amidst a high volume of complex projects and stakeholdersWorking towards outcomes, using a proactive “get things done” approach, pivoting quickly and thinking of creative solutions.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

Outstanding writing, proofreading, and editing skills5 to 7 years marketing and communications experience working in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinker with a strong experience leading the key tenets of marketing strategy, building brand awareness, communications campaigns, and the digital marketing ecosystem with a proven track record of success.Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environmentExperience with community and event planning and managementAbility to identify and track relevant community KPIs.Proficient with excel.Experience planning and leading community events.Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: California

Compensation Range:

$58,000-$86,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
