?This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, maintaining and updating all digital media components, including but not limited to, Hosanna’s website, social media channels and congregation email communication and campaigns, video metadata, Hosanna app, and analytics for all components.This role is also responsible for the live and on demand online weekend service scheduling, cutting, posting and managing. This role will ensure adherence and consistency in brand and language standards.RequirementsResponsibilitiesResponsible for knowing social media algorithm best practices for both paid and unpaid media placement.Contribute to ideation and internal brainstorms, as well as partnering with the Communications team to ensure copy correctly flows through the design process and is able to assist in finding visual/copy solutions.Responsible for executing clean, detail-oriented, on-brief copy for all digital components of weekly sermon series presentations, ministry and events, promotional materials and emails, e-newsletters, social media, website content and journalistic style congregational testimonials, and other in-house elements for our multi-site church.Partners closely with designer, videographer, lead coordinating weekend pastor and cross functional ministries.Processes feedback from key partners and stakeholders and present solutions or questions in a clear, professional and polished manner.Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Hosanna brand across all digital channels of communications.Attend and actively participate in weekly project kickoffs, providing a keen eye to objectives and copy requests by examining various types of project briefs.Develop, coordinate and maintain digital content calendar throughout the year.Responsible for all copy proofing responsibilities in accordance with the Hosanna Communications Style Guide.Responsible for deadlines and follows project schedules and updates as set by team and/or ministry needs.Responsible for staying current and relevant with communication trends, and then sharing those practices and trends to the ministries.Responsible for recruiting, developing, encouraging and leading volunteers and/or teams of volunteers where appropriate within the ministry.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Education/ExperienceBachelor’s Degree - required Marketing, Communications or related fieldExperience - preferred - Wrike, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Haivision, Church Online, Pushpay & Monk Development/Ekklesia3+ years experience in - social media management, organic digital growth and engagement, website development, updates and maintenance on a CMS platform, copywriting for brand in the digital space as well as on behalf of other key communicators, ability to pull analytics and insights for projects, as well as our weekly and/or monthly digital communication reports.Strong experience in copywriting for a brand, brand positioning and brand voice as well as other key communicators within Hosanna.Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.Strong written and verbal communication skills - editing and proofreading.Excellent understanding of social media and the impact to reach others.Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to multi-task multiple projects & assignments.Proven track record of delivering quality work on time.Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to a wide variety of people and ministries.Proven results oriented experience with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in support and unity.Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision..Ability to collaborate well in cross-functional teams and projects across the organization.Strong interpersonal skills in working with different personalities and leadership styles.Working Conditions & Physical DemandsSchedule will include working evening, weekend, and extended hours as required by ministry needs including Christmas Eve and Easter.Extensive standing, walking and sitting for extended periods of time.Repetitive keyboard and mouse movements requirements.May require lifting up to 25 lbs.A mature faith, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, commitment to the Teaching Statement and ministries of Hosanna, a signed Hosanna Leadership Covenant, and submission to Biblical authority along with membership in the congregation and worship at Hosanna are requirements for all employees.
