We are seeking an experienced {Job Title} to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week in our Tempe office. (This job is not remote.)
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Prioritize marketing needs then develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives Provide oversight of marketing staff and resources to support the firm's market positionDevelop, implement, and provide oversight of processes and procedures for department projectsCollaborate with leadership to develop business development, proposal, and presentation strategiesAssist proposal coordinator with proposal development, when neededLead complex responses to RFPs and interview preparationMaintain and provide support to staff on marketing information systems, including proposal log and all proposal databases such as DeltekSupport business development and marketing planning efforts with comprehensive research and reportingDevelop and distribute marketing materialsManage company website and social media platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand identityDemonstrate familiarity with industry trade organizations, publications, conferences and events by recommending participation when appropriate Continuously engage with local leadership, regional and firm-wide marketing teamLead and provide mentorship to local marketing team
Requirements
To join us, you should have:
Professional degree in Marketing or related discipline10+ years of experience within the A/E/C industryExperience in a supervisory roleProven track record of managing business development preferredStrong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing approachesExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe SuiteDetail-oriented and highly organizedAble to prioritize work efforts to meet deadlines and possess leadership qualities
