Marketing Proposal Specialist . This position will work a hybrid in-office schedule and can be located in any of our offices in Tempe, Flagstaff, Tucson, Arizona; Salt Lake City, Utah; or Fort Collins, Colorado.Responsibilities Include:Participate in proposal development, including reviewing RFPs (request for proposals), coordinating proposal materials, reviewing and editing proposal content for quality assurance, and developing eye-catching layouts.Coordinate conferences and tradeshows, including scheduling, coordinating with colleagues to staff booths, and set-up and take-down of materials and equipment.Handle company website updates and maintenance.Assist with social media to clearly communicate ideas through compelling text and visuals.Order and maintain supply of company-branded items.Other marketing responsibilities as needed.Position Requires:3+ years of related experience in marketing or proposal coordination.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products.Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.Good interpersonal skills, and a desire to work both independently and in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Leadership or supervisory experience, or interest in growing into a leadership role.Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products including InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator.Experience in consulting industry or AEC industry.Compensation:This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis between $65,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and education.Logan Simpson offers the following benefits and perks:A comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental and vision plans, firm paid Life/AD&D, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage, and a 401(k) with a firm match.Employee Assistance Program with free counseling and mental health services.Paid time off starting at 16 days off per year, and 7 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday.Work on a variety of interesting projects.Support for professional conference attendance and external trainings.Internal professional development and innovation program.Wellness Program including $125 annual Wellness Bucks allowance.Paid Costco memberships, paid parking, and reimbursement for public transit costs.If interested, please apply directly on our website using the link provided in the job posting, and attach a resume and a cover letter.Diversity, inclusion, and respect are at the core of our values.
