POSITION OVERVIEWSocial Media Manager, you'll be the digital voice of our brand, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our organization's social media strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and fostering a strong online community.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing goalsStay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitiveCreate engaging and shareable content across all social media platformsCollaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand contentManage the content calendar and ensure timely and consistent postingsFoster a vibrant and active online community by engaging with followers and responding to comments and messagesMonitor social media channels for trends and conversations relevant to the brandUtilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaignsProvide regular reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend optimizationsPlan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations to enhance brand visibilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiativesIdentify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibilityDevelop partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand's values and objectivesTemporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessaryQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
