POSITION OVERVIEWAs Social Content Producer, you will be responsible for producing content for social media that aligns with marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Social Content Editor, Brand Marketing team, Social Media team and other cross-functional teams to bring marketing initiatives to life. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exhibit thought leadership in conceptualizing and capturing social-first assets, including technical applications of capturing content and assets that will aid in driving impactful social marketing campaigns.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Develop and collaborate on strategies for attracting new followers and engaging existing followers through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.Produce social-first content and creative that align with brand guidelines and company positioningCoordinate with the Brand Marketing and Social Media teams to ensure that social content is produced for all relevant social media platforms in support of overarching marketing plans.Research, identify, and stay ahead of relevant content ideas based on current events, trends, and topics that align with the brand’s mission, target audience, and core values.Collaborate with the Social Content Editor to create shot swipes, storyboards, and mood boards for social content and production.Coordinate and align with various stakeholders, including designers, copywriters, and digital marketers, ensuring the alignment of designs and content with overall project objectives and brand guidelines.Produce and maintain regular content calendars for social channels, inclusive of relevant events, openings, announcements, and tentpole dates.Produce real-time content and live coverage for events, as needed.Utilize analytical tools and platforms to measure and analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be at least 21 years of age.Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, marketing, or a related field or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.Two (2) or more years of experience as a social media producer, marketing producer, or content producer in the hospitality industry or a similar field.Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.This position may require atypical hours, including night or weekend event coverage.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.DIVERSITY COMMITMENTFontainebleau Las Vegas is committed to ensuring an inclusive space and sense of belonging for our Members.
