POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a versatile and innovative individual to join our team as the Manager of Digital Products & Digital Content. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our digital products and digital content across various platforms. Your expertise in product management, digital technologies, and content strategy will be essential in driving user engagement, maximizing revenue opportunities, and creating a seamless digital experience for our customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy, aligning with overall business goals and customer needsIdentify and prioritize new digital product opportunities, conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, marketing, and content, to drive product development and enhancementsCreate and implement a content strategy for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media, and email marketingOversee the production and curation of engaging and relevant digital content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audienceAnalyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience of our digital products and platformsImplement A/B testing and usability studies to optimize features, content presentation, and user interactionsIdentify opportunities to monetize digital products and content, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growthTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products and content, providing regular reports to stakeholdersDevelop and implement strategies to distribute digital content effectively across multiple channels to reach our target audienceCollaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote digital products and content through various marketing campaignsLiaise with technology partners and vendors to leverage the latest digital solutions and technologies for product development and content managementManage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelinesLead and mentor a team of digital product managers and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environmentSet performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide training to enhance team skillsBuild, maintain and optimize content on various digital platforms, including website, mobile app and email providerTemporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessaryQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
