JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr. Marketing Program Coordinator will provide day-to-day assistance and support to the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders (DBC) department as directed by the Sr Manager of Marketing – Head of Cheer Operations. This position will be responsible for Junior Denver Broncos Cheerleaders (JDBC) program planning and execution, including overseeing program events, communication, and staff. This position will also be responsible for administrative tasks, efforts related to DBC events, and supporting the execution of gameday entertainment and marketing initiatives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee, plan, and execute all aspects of the Junior Denver Broncos Cheerleaders (JDBC) program by:

Develop annual program plan including schedule and contentManage annual JDBC budget including tuition payments & registration feesOversee program enrollment, registration, uniform fittings, and participationMaintain JDBC email inbox and development of regular newslettersMerchandise ordering and distribution incl. uniforms and boutique itemsPlanning and execution of all JDBC Clinics, events, and performancesManage and schedule JDBC head instructors; train DBC instructorsSelect, train, and manage 50+ parent volunteersSchedule all logistics for game day performances including transportationSchedule community performances and community outreachOversee Dare to Cheer ProgramEffectively implement Positive Youth Development (PYD) principles through development of content and curriculum

Support Denver Broncos Cheerleader (DBC) events and office administration:

Handle day-to-day office tasks such as merchandise management and mailingsAssist with logistics of DBC events including, but not limited to: Auditions, Prep Classes, Photo Shoots, Choreography CampAssist with planning of game day elements including pregame and halftime shows, game day rehearsals, and JDBC gamedayUphold and act upon standards of the DBC Legacy BookSupport team and staff apparel selection and purchasing

Other Duties as AssignedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSCover letter and resumeBachelor’s degree in business, program management, education, youth development, human development/family studies or similar discipline2-3 years' of youth program experience, ages K-12Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & Google SuiteAbility to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY2-3 years’ experience working in programs or events for a professional organization, sports team, college athletics department, or dance team.Experience in traditional dance or fitness studio client software like Zen PlannerGame entertainment, halftime, or similar collegiate or professional experienceHighly motivated, strong communication, business, organizational, and customer service-related skillsAbility to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner, including multiple concurrent projects across departmentsEnergetic, responsible, and detail oriented, with a creative eye for live sports entertainmentIn accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
