Business Owners and professionals in the areas of Legal, Tax, Health, Finance and Compliance sectors rely on Wolters Kluwer's market leading information-enabled tools and expert software solutions to manage their business efficiently, deliver results to their clients, and succeed in an ever more dynamic world.The Business UnitThe Digital eXperience Group (DXG) co-creates products and solutions and consults to Wolters Kluwer businesses units around the globe.The PositionThe Lead UX/CX Research Consultant, reporting to the Director of UX/CX Research, will be responsible for all aspects of UX Research for the Small Business customer segment within CT Corporation.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Lead User Research:Collaborating with segment leadership and CT strategy lead, Product Management, UX Design, and Engineering.Lead the planning and execution of user research initiatives.Create understanding and empathy around user needs.Explore the behaviors and motivations of our users.Partner with embedded UX design leads/teams to evaluate prototypes.Ensure that product teams are using research findings to inform design decisions.Drive the culture of feedback and metrics to improve user experience.Stakeholder management:Collaborating with cross-functional teams.Regular communication of status and metrics to management.Advocate for standard processes to ensure quality and consistency.Industry awareness:Staying up to date with the latest trends in user experience research.Engagement in changing AI technology and patterns.Desired Experience:At least 10 years of relevant research experience.Significant experience working with senior clients.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Experience working in a Lean/Agile development environment.Excellent time and project management skills.Some experience with organizational change management.Some experience with B2C products.Experience with small businesses.Educational experience:Bachelor's degree/University degree, Masters degree a plus.Additional Information:Wolters Kluwer offers great benefits including: Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Commuter Benefits, Tuition Assistance Plan, Vacation and Sick Time, and Paid Parental Leave.Diversity Matters:Wolters Kluwer strives for an inclusive company culture in which we attract, develop, and retain diverse talent to achieve our strategy.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by most people assigned to this job.
