Multimedia Chief Revenue Officer

The Day Publishing is a historic news organization which values their local community. They pride themselves on delivering quality local news to Connecticut and beyond in both print and digital formats. The Day Publishing is seeking a CRO to oversee all current streams of revenue as well as develop new ones. Our ideal candidate must possess experience with digital and print news. This position requires candidate chosen to work in our New London, CT office.Responsibilities

Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities.Remain well-connected with customers to ensure that their evolving needs are met.Collaborate with the publisher, CFO, and senior managers on strategies to promote sustainable revenue growth.Identify and resolve issues across the marketing, sales, and account management teams.Promote a respectful, collaborative workplace through clear communication and appreciation of individual talents in a diverse workplace.Required Skills And Qualifications

Ten or more years in leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development and partnerships.Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision.Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively.Experience using business metrics to make decisions.Inspirational leadership and hands-on approach.Preferred Skills And Qualifications

Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field.Job Type
