seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded marketing executive to join their team as the Vice President of Marketing. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving the rapid scaling of their go-to-market (GTM) teams and strategies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overhauling our GTM approach for their core product offerings, while effectively communicating the organization's vision to the market. They will lead with passion, striving to build the brand and establish deep connections with customers in a personal yet scalable manner.Duties/Functions:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives. Ensure these strategies are forward-thinking and position the company as the future of market research.Product Marketing: Lead the product marketing efforts, crafting compelling narratives that highlight innovative features and benefits.Brand Messaging: Maintain and enhance core messaging across all marketing channels. Ensure consistent and impactful communication that resonates with the target audience and conveys the organization's position as industry leaders in the space.Market Penetration: Drive efforts to capture a significant share of the market, emphasizing the inadequacies of traditional market research methods and the superiority of the organization's offerings.Team Development: Build and scale the marketing organization, recruiting and nurturing top talent.
