Here, you will make an impact by:Leading organizational, brand, and executive communications strategies for the Separation and Purification Solutions Division, globallyImplement communications plans to drive business outcomes, launch the new Health Care Company brand, engaging internal and external stakeholdersDetermine the key objectives, tactics, and success measures applicable to the division communications plan, thought leadership, employee engagement, channel and content strategyContribute to the Global Communications organization, collaborating with HR, Media, and International communications colleagues, as well as the greater Corporate Marketing Communications teamAdvise senior leaders on critical communications elements, change management, brand strategy, and employee engagementYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or PR/Marketing Agency account leadership in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or PR/Marketing Agency account leadership, in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's Degree in public relations, communications, or journalism/media from an accredited institutionCommunications skills in strategy, planning, speaker placement, key message development, channel and content planning, and outcome-based measurement.Collaboration skills and experience with a highly matrixed, global organizationWriting, editing, narrative development, and key message deliveryCommunications measurement, data analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, and creative problem solvingIntellectual curiosity, creativity, growth mindset, managing through change, ambiguity, empathy, and systems thinkingWork location: Remote- United States or Canada ravel: May include up to 20% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
