Serve as the primary point of contact to partner with internal stakeholders (Digital Marketing, Brand, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to plan, execute, and track results of talent brand media campaigns to attract prospective candidates in high priority hiring marketsStay up to date on business needs & priorities to align and adjust strategy accordinglyContinually optimize channel strategy and targeting tacticsMonitor campaign performance regularly and adjust plans as needed based on performance by markets and personasAnalyze campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders regularlyServe as the primary point of contact for external vendor and internal stakeholders on career site inquiriesMaintain and provide oversight to the career site pagesRegularly review metrics to optimize the pages and content for higher engagementPartner with Digital Marketing to ensure a cohesive and consistent site experience with the rest dotcom propertiesRequirementsProject management, organizational and communications skillsKnowledge in digital marketing, website analytics and content managementUnderstanding of paid, owned and earned media strategies and best practicesIntegrated marketing/campaign planning expertise, with accountability for resultsAnalytical mindset regarding marketing programs and their outcomes; continuously measuring, testing, and optimizingNaturally, a driver and builder; able to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment5-7 years of experience in a similar roleBenefits that Russell Tobin offers:
