Description

The National Pork Board in searching for a dynamic individual who can ensure delivery of digital-first consumer marketing strategies, campaigns, media and content, and will be responsible for digital measurement and impact. This role will lead and manage implementation and optimization of digital media buys, plans and channels; analyze and communicate digital marketing campaign performance results and metrics; and collaborate with the market growth team, and agency partners and vendors to ensure effective, scaled digital recommendations and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive media strategies that unify social, digital and content efforts to achieve measurable business objectives and identify new areas of marketing growth within the digital space.Ensure alignment and integration of media efforts with overall marketing strategy through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners inclusive of creative, content, consumer campaign website and agency partners.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing strategic recommendations to keep our media approach innovative and effective.Manage optimization of media plans to continually meet campaign objectives.Guide the analysis of data and insights from various media channels to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement on enhancement of targeting and engagement.Communicate metrics, performance and results to stakeholders (e.g. internal staff, retailers, packer/processors, states, etc.) that measure media strategies effectiveness.Monitor and interpret cultural, digital and social trends relevant to marketing and the brand.Oversee the management of consumer websites and ensure integration of marketing campaign across all digital platforms (e.g. website, social media channels, digital platforms, etc.).Oversee the management of content creator process and ensure influencer content is following Agriculture Marketing Service (AMS) guidelines.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 7+ years of proven digital marketing experience, including:

Programmatic media (CTV, Display, Shoppable ads, etc.)Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTokYouTube/GoogleSEO/Paid SearchPaid MediaWell-versed in marketing and advertising principles, including understanding of integrated, cross-channel planning.Equipped with strong analytical skills, critical thinking capabilities and problem-solving prowess.A proven professional with the ability to take initiative and manage increased responsibilities effectively.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.Must have proficient understanding and demonstrated experience with the strategic use of programmatic platforms like Adobe Advertising Cloud, the Trade Desk and social ad manager platforms, including Meta Ads Manager.

This position requires up to 40% travel. Candidates must hold a valid US Passport and Drivers License.

Full-time Salary Range: $150K-$165K Please note: This starting range is based on a general market pay assessment. However, individual salary decisions take into account a variety of factors including but not limited to: business and local market considerations, internal equity, and overall candidate skills, education and experience.
