WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop and execute sales strategy.Generates and pursues new client opportunities.Presents Brown & Brown services at prospect meetings.Retains clients by maintaining relationships.Works with Account Managers on renewals and escalated client issues.Sales Ability - ability to generate prospects and set appointments for new client opportunities.Self-motivated independent and possess a high energy level.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Four Year College Degree pertinent to Insurance industry.Property & Casualty License strongly recommended or willing to obtain.Customer Service - responds promptly to client needs.Team Player - able to effectively work in a team environment.Computer Skills - use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointTravel required to prospect meetings and industry events.WHAT WE OFFER:
Excellent growth and advancement opportunities.Competitive pay based on years of experience. $55-100K.
