Job Description:Position: AV Technician*Consistent experience in White Glove Support for senior executives.*Managing multiple devices and conference rooms,*Extensive experience in troubleshooting.*Crestron certification is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilitieso Support our internal design engineers on a project by project basiso Design and oversee audio visual system throughout the project lifecycle.o Responsible for creating and maintaining wiring diagrams, schematics, and elevations.o Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the correct hardware is sourced and maintained.o Identify trends in support operations to proactively prevent problems and develop processes to resolve.o Take corrective actions to solve problems in a timely manner with minimum impact to the user.o Support and troubleshoot Apple devices (Apple TVs, iPads, MacBooks, iMacs)o Able to thrive in an dynamic environment and be adaptable to change in work and priorities .
Key Qualificationso 5+ Years in enterprise/corporate/commercial audio visual system designo Excellent verbal and written communication skills.o Excellent teamwork skills.o Familiarity with macOS, Linux, Pages, Numbers, Excel, etc..o Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and modeling is strongly preferredo Strong Experience with major industry manufacturers including Extron, Crestron, Cisco, etc.o Ability to independently troubleshoot and root cause AV systems issues.o Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/projectso Strong aptitude for logical and strategic thinking.o High attention to detailo Knowledge and experience in IT network communications.o Great interpersonal skills. Able to interface with colleagues and customerso Must be highly energetic, well organized and responsible.o Must be able to track projects in detail with a focus on accurate deliverability dates
