The purpose of this position is to provide technical expertise with special emphasis on environmental documentation for MnDOT District 1 so that all local, state and federal requirements are followed.

Minimum Qualifications:Three (3) years of professional level experience in the areas of water resources and/or environmental science with emphasis on regulatory compliance demonstrating all requirements listed below.Experience working with Federal and Minnesota environmental laws, regulations, policies, practices, and procedures.Knowledge in preparing environmental documents, gathering environmental information, and reviewing environmental documents.Note:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Water Resources, Environmental Science, Ecological Services, Fisheries, Wildlife Management, or closely related field substitutes for one (1) year of professional experience.This position requires a valid Class D driver’s license.
