We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join an international, industry-leading law firm in their Florida office. You will be working with senior stakeholders, SMEs and technical teams to define the firm's curriculum, design and create learning resources and implement and deliver engaging and purposeful training initiatives for end-users. You will be given all the tools and platforms you need to create training for 1-2-1, deskside, and classroom training sessions, to ensure end-users are getting the most of technology.
What will this role look like?⭐ Collaborate with stakeholders & technical teams to identify needs of the end-user.⭐ Develop engaging & relevant resources, including videos, guides & documentation.⭐ Stay up-to-date on eLearning trends, adopting new, innovative training methods.⭐ Utilize new platforms & systems to ensure training is current & purposeful.
What do you need?⭐ Previous experience working in a law firm is highly desirable.⭐ Experience utilizing eLearning tools / platforms and a LMS.⭐ Be a creative self-starter, who is always looking for ways to improve learning resources.
