Job DescriptionLead the business strategy development for product launch in China, including but not limited to brand positioning/pricing, portfolio management, RTM design, new product launch, sales forecast and other commercial strategy- in close cooperation with other cross functional head in HQ.

Lead and develop annual market/product strategy and operation plans to influence / meet changing market to ensure the organization is pursuing the most promising and valuable business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationship with regional and global team, providing strategic input and market analysis to influence Global decision and planning.

Lead the business planning in China

Ensure strong collaboration between marketing, medical/AMI/digital/PR and sales in China

Lead strong collaboration with customers and KOLs and build up strong brand equity to halo the full Juvederm portfolio

Build and lead the Juvéderm team in China - create clear roles in team - Acts as a role model and coach for team members within the team

QualificationsEducation and ExperienceProved record for both established and new brand launch in China, including business planning , consumer journey and patient funnel development.

Be quick learner with a strong communication skill to engage internal and external customers.

A strong team leader to lead a diversified team

Strong sense of beauty and luxury

Good personality and be willing to work overtime frequently

BS/BA in business, marketing or management; MBA preferred.

Extensive Marketing experience - min. 10 years.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)A strong business acumen with down-to-earth entrepreneurship to work on new business.

Strong experience in strategic marketing planning and integrated marketing tactics, including but not limited to brand position, pricing, portfolio management, route to market design and through the line communication plan development.

Must have an omni-channel experience and be familiar with both offline and online e-channel, experience in professional physicians or beauty salon/SPA channel is preferred. A strong leadership and influence power to collaborate with global/local team across the organization to ensure the strategies and activation activities to be well executed.

A solid experience in P&L management and be able to establish financial and non-financial metrics to ensure the sales target delivery. Experience in setting a compelling commercial direction and build strong plans together with sales leadership – and adjusts course fast if needed

A strong leadership and influence power to collaborate with global/local team across the organization to ensure the strategies and activation activities to be well executed.

Leadership experience from similar position, including build a strong, stable team

High level culture awareness and quick adaptability.

Understands how to translate global direction in to local business activities and initiatives.

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
