OverviewThe Marketing Specialist, Home Fiber, takes lead in gathering insights and data to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that achieve sales and retention goals for the Home line of business. This includes identifying customer insights, managing the development of key messages, ensuring seamless execution across marketing channels, and measuring performance of marketing initiatives. This position is a subject matter expert and collaborates closely with key stakeholders – including sales, product, creative, digital marketing and media, and research – to create and launch marketing programs. This position is also responsible, along with the other team members, to drive the C Spire brand forward, leveraging the company’s brand attributes. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives that drive sales and customer retention across Home audience segments and fiberhood lifecycles.

Make data driven decisions by analyzing sales data, market research, and marketing communications performance. Optimize and report on campaign results.

Collaborate with the Home Sales, Product, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams to create and deploy successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Partner with Marketing Specialist, Promotions and Insights to identify fiberhood sales performance trends, recommend promotional strategies, and projecting sales impact. This includes monitoring promotional spend, helping manage financial budgets, and reporting results to leadership.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or the equivalent in related work experience required.

Minimum 1 year of marketing experience required.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Additional skills including strong written, verbal and organization skills; excellent planning and execution, with attention to detail; strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED

Experience developing sales and retention campaigns, project management, and budget management skills strongly preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen. Some travel required.
