If you are passionate about crafting compelling content that resonates with audiences and elevates brand presence, we invite you to be part of our growing success.Position Type:Part-time, with the potential for full-time as the need expands.Responsibilities:As a Social Media Content Creator at Kiley Management, you will:Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Create visual content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to enhance brand storytelling.Write compelling captions, posts, and copy that align with the Kiley brand voice.Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.Interact positively with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content strategy.Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with marketing goals and campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools.Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget tracking and performance analysis.Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand presence.Work within strict deadlines, demonstrating effective time management skills.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:The ideal candidate should possess:Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.A valid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to create and edit visual content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.Ability to work responsibly as part of a team or independently.Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools.Skills and Competencies:Clear and concise written and verbal communication.Creative thinking and storytelling ability.Effective time management and multitasking ability.Customer service skills for positive interactions with clients, followers, and team members.Kiley Management LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
