Amazon Ads Finance is seeking a bright, multitasking and self-motivated individual to support our VP of Sales Finance & Incentive Comp. This exciting role requires great attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

Key job responsibilities

Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendarsManage complex calendar and scheduling requirementsTrack and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding itemsAct as a liaison for direct reportsDrive key team activities, such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, and supply orderingUpdate team organizational chartsManage group logisticsCoordinate travelParticipate in planning of eventsWork with other assistants throughout the Ads team and across the rest of the companyBasic Qualifications

5+ years of executive assistant experienceExperience with executive level calendar managementExperience with domestic or international travel coordinationExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsPreferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
