As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in executing a variety of marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and market research. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities
Support the management and maintenance of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.Help organize and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and promotional campaigns.Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and marketing collateral.Assist in the preparation of reports on campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics.Maintain and update the marketing database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing calendars.Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, content management systems).Creative mindset with an eye for detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
