Manager Affiliate Marketing , you will be responsible for supporting the Affiliate infrastructure set up for multiple markets.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance KPIs:Launch the Affiliate Programmes across identified markets according to the client’s timelineRecommend platforms/networks for each market and leverage agency buying power to negotiate platform override feesSupport platform selection and contract processCreate clear guidelines and instructions for client’s developers for all integration/tagging and data feed workLiaise with relevant departments or data feed vendor/partners to set up data feeds according to each platform’s technical specifications and requirementsOverall maintenance and troubleshooting of the Affiliate Programmes, ensuring clear collaboration and communication with relevant departmentsNegotiate commission rates with chosen publishers per marketAccount Setup:Platform/network recommendations including consultation on setup, operational and overhead expenses and support Service Level AgreementsDevelop process for managing the contract and invoice setup between the client and platform/network for each marketProvide data feed setup guidelines per platform/network and QA feed before it is uploadedCreate new account for each market across the various platforms/network including:Brand profileCreate and upload creative links (logos, banners and evergreen content)Create and upload text links highlighting any offers, promotions or evergreen landing page contentCreate and upload Terms & Conditions that all publishers must comply withCommission structure and publisher programme termsSupply client with brand content guidelines for all content, messaging and creative by platform/networkPrepare and distribute materials (e.g. email, PDF, etc) for publishers highlighting the programme overview including brand and product information, affiliate programme details and publisher benefits/commission structureSupport platform/network tag, data feed integration and testingProvide client with guidelines for setting up third-party tracking (e.g. GA)Account Maintenance:Optimise and update client content in account as needed including programme overview, brand and product information, Affiliate programme details and publisher benefits/commission structureUpdate programme terms for specific markets as and when requiredOngoing troubleshooting to check tracking, tag and data feed are still implemented and working correctly and if not, provide a guide and/or fix to developersSupport any updates needed and QA/test changes before and after they go liveProvide bi-weekly maintenance progress report to client stakeholdersClient Communication & Relationship:Regularly communicate with client stakeholders including:Client HQ and local teamsClient’s tech partners – internal and externalAffiliate platforms/networks – agency support and tech support.Relationship-building and maintenance, consultation with clients to articulate recommendations and updates.Lead discussions and presentations regarding programmes for client teams at HQ and local teams.Best Practices & Thought Leadership:Provide guidance on effective integration, commissioning structure, content, messaging, creative and publisher communicationIdentify sector/channel trends for the purposes of anticipating client opportunities and challenges and any client training needsBe well educated on all aspects of Assembly’s Affiliate offeringMust be well read, able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to understand our client’s business needs and be able to compel them toward a resultMust be organized and have experience managing large-scale projects across multiple platforms/networks and marketsREQUIREMENTS

+5 year - Affiliate or Partnership Marketing ExperienceStrong attention to detailStrong reporting documentation skill set.Familiar with data driven marketing process.Preferably agency experienceFluent in both English and KoreanWHY ASSEMBLY?
