We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
Determine product demand and customer awareness
Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
Review and optimize marketing budget
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Optimize bva’s website to attract and engage Internet users
Perform keyword research to improve search engine rankings
Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website performance
Manage web projects from start to finish
Coordinate with internal departments for web project execution
Ensure brand strategy is consistently applied during web development
Support creative messaging for target audiences
Develop performance metrics for ROI on web properties
Collaborate with the marketing campaign lead for project planning
Stay abreast of current marketing concepts and technologies
Manage social media and technical blog posts
Conduct marketing campaigns including newsletters and email blasts
Update SEO information
Oversee organic and PPC marketing efforts
Qualifications:
High School Graduate or GED required; technical training or college degree preferred
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Proficient with Photoshop, Google Analytics, and video editing tools
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in web marketing
Proven experience executing digital marketing campaigns
Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
Salary Range:
$65,000 to $82,000 DOE
