Your Role

Curriculum Development: Create and maintain training materials for diverse audiences, including internal teams and external stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Instructional Design: Apply proven methodologies to develop engaging learning experiences and resources.

Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, and manage associated resources and budgets.

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and assessments.

What We're Looking For

Experience: A Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 4-6 years in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.

Skills: Strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Knowledge: Familiarity with e-learning tools, adult learning theories, and instructional design models.

Additional Experience: Ideal candidates have experience in the Space domain or defense sector, previous roles in the military or DOD, and a current Top Secret security clearance (SCI/SAP eligibility preferred).

Additional Details

Location: This role is based in the Washington Metropolitan Area (D.C., Maryland, Virginia), with occasional remote work and domestic travel.

Compensation: $90,000-$170,000, depending on education and experience.
