Job Description:

As the Digital Marketing Manager for our group of B2B companies, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple websites. You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns, while leading and coordinating a remote team of digital marketing specialists from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple B2B websites.

Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing initiatives to ensure strong online visibility and ROI.

Oversee content creation and distribution strategies, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with company goals.

Coordinate and manage a remote team of digital marketing professionals, including SEO specialists, content creators, social media managers, and PPC experts.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various companies to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve and innovate marketing efforts.

Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and digital presence across all platforms and websites.

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the remote marketing team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing multiple websites and successful campaigns.

Experience leading and managing remote teams across different time zones and cultures.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media management tools.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and coordinate a global team.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the B2B sector is highly preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
