We are currently looking for

Wellness Advisors

to join the team for our studio in

Oyster Point, South San Francisco.

Working in partnership with the General Manager with new membership sales as well as the retention of current members. The Front Desk Associate provides superior customer service while assisting new and current students with their membership needs.

We expect you to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and being part of building a strong YogaSix community.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Assist with new membership sales as well as retention of current members through class selections, answering membership questions, and transacting merchandise purchasesExecute the full sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and closing the saleMeet and exceed sales goals as established by the General ManagerEmphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness providerBook quality appointments to achieve the monthly sales quotaParticipate in grassroots/community events (i.e. health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community, and hospital events, etc.)Assists with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environmentAssume responsibility for developing selling skillsDaily and/or occasional travel may be requiredAttend special events and training as neededPerform all other duties assigned by management

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

Strong sales and customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA goal-oriented attitude to achieve sales targetsBasic knowledge of products, programming, and pricingAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemProficient computer skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time and occasionally lift to 30 poundsAbility to bend, lift, kneel, reach with hands and armsAbility to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations
