What this role IS:A freelance role where you only pick up the gigs' you want to pick up - you make your scheduleSince we specialize in special events, we've got more events and Brides than we can handle. We're inviting a select few, talented freelancers to share the love.An opportunity to book more Brides, Weddings, and private eventsOur dedicated Event Planning Team will take care of all of the details - just show up and do what you do bestYou'll have access to training - Web based and in-person training opportunitiesYou'll have access to support from our brand, locations and our people, along with product and tool discounts.
What this role is NOT:This is not an in-studio role with set hoursThis is not an hourly wage job. You earn with each event you accept.

A passionate and enthusiastic attitudeWillingness to maintain our standards for hygiene and sanitationRepresent both yourself and us with positivity, pride and professionalismCreativity, independence and an entrepreneurial spiritA drive to grow and expand your client baseCurrent cosmetology, nail technician or esthetician license or as required by state/provincial regulationsYou'll need to have consistent and reliable transportation to get to and from gigs
Physical Requirements:Standing for sustained periods of time and frequently lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 poundsContinuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms as well as continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder levelAbility to observe guest's hair, including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focusAbility to communicate with guest regarding services offered and requested and the guest's needs and wants
