Its employees consistently rank Moss as one of the best places to work.POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACTMoss' Creative Services Specialist will have a heavy focus on project management and creative design. This hybrid role combines the skills of a project manager with the creative expertise of a designer, making it ideal for a professional who can manage multiple projects while also contributing to our design needs. The individual will work within our Creative Services department, playing a key role in supporting our marketing and branding efforts. This position will primarily serve our SFL business unit, while also providing support across the enterprise to enhance our overall marketing strategy.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management:Oversee and manage creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met

Manage and provide creative direction to external freelancers and agencies

Read, review, analyze, and interpret all requirements and objectives of projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all creative assets align with brand guidelines and project goals

Coordinate and facilitate meetings while prioritizing tasks and managing workflows within the Creative Services department

Creative Design:Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, event signage, and tradeshow displays

Develop and execute creative concepts and copy that align with our brand's identity and strategic objectives

Work on a variety of design projects, from digital to print, ensuring consistency and quality across all mediums

Critically edit and proof content, including content prepared by others

Perform in-house production of print materials and other deliverables as needed; oversee vendor production

Brand Management:Ensure all marketing and creative materials adhere to the company's brand guidelines

Support the development and maintenance of brand assets, including logos, templates, and other brand-related materials

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that enhances our brand's presence in the market

Event and Tradeshow Design:Design and manage the production of event and tradeshow materials, including booth designs, banners, and promotional items

Work closely with event planners to ensure all creative elements are delivered on time and meet the event's objectives

PowerPoint and Presentation Design:Create and refine PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences, ensuring they are visually appealing and on-brand

Work with senior management and executives to develop presentations that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in project management and creative design, preferably within a marketing or creative services environment

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with expert-level skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and presentation design

Experience in designing for events and tradeshows, with a solid understanding of brand guidelines

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being a self-starter who can work independently
