Want to help build the coolest convenience store experience on the planet?Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage detailed marketing project campaigns from creation through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, objectives and project implementation plansCollects, analyzes, and documents business process steps and requirements and creates Process and Technical mapsDetermines and discerns detailed requirements to establish the project deliverablesCreate project plans, timelines and milestones and manage projects of varying length, complexity, and scopePredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner and monitor progress and make adjustments as neededDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan from end to end with accountability for the process. Effectively communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, both internal and externally.Acquire and manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and external vendors. Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts, escalating as necessary to stakeholdersCreates performance and status reportsIdentifies and coordinates internal resources and/or third party/vendor resourcesCreates transition plan, identifies lessons learned, and applies the lessons learned to future projectsQualifications: Experience3+ years relevant experience in Project Management, preferredBackground in Marketing, Advertising or Account Management, preferredProficient in project management tools, creating project plans, reports and dashboards (g., Microsoft Project, Monday.com, JIRA, Asana, Trello).Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies (Agile), and toolsQualifications: Team Member CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skillsPractice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or directionProven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needsA history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problemsExperience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-makingDuties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
