Manage detailed marketing project campaigns from creation through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, objectives and project implementation plans.Collect, analyze, and document business process steps and requirements and create Process and Technical maps.Determine and discern detailed requirements to establish the project deliverables.Create project plans, timelines, and milestones and manage projects of varying length, complexity, and scope.Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan from end to end with accountability for the process. Effectively communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, both internal and external.Acquire and manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and external vendors. Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts, escalating as necessary to stakeholders.Create performance and status reports.Identify and coordinate internal resources and/or third party/vendor resources.Create transition plans, identify lessons learned, and apply the lessons learned to future projects.Qualifications: Experience

3+ years relevant experience in Project Management, preferred.Background in Marketing, Advertising or Account Management, preferred.Proficient in project management tools, creating project plans, reports, and dashboards (e.g., Microsoft Project, Monday.com, JIRA, Asana, Trello).Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies (Agile), and tools.Qualifications: Team Member Competencies

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills.Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction.Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs.A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems.Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making.Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity, may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
