At the same time, you'll benefit from Pharmavite's extensive resources and support, with a shared mission of bringing health to life through consumer-driven innovation and high-quality products.The Role - Brand Manager, Product Innovation & MarketingUqora is seeking a Brand Manager who is excited about innovation and product marketing and wants to help contribute to the future of the business. The Brand Manager, Product Innovation and Marketing will help build the innovation pipeline and be responsible for helping bring this product to life from concept idea to hand off to the commercial team for commercialization and launch. This role requires a combination of strategic and critical thinking, problem solving, creativity and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.A sampling of key responsibilities:Analyze category, retail, e-commerce and healthcare data to uncover insights and provide data-driven recommendations for building, refining, and improving our product portfolio.Garner and analyze consumer, market insights and healthcare data to identify key trends and information that guide the innovation pipeline and brand strategy.Perform competitive analysis and use the data to support product innovation strategies, including pricing, sizing, messaging, and positioning.Collaborate cross-functionally to bring products from initial seed idea to full commercialization, identifying and mitigating risks and effectively solving problems with stakeholders and the core team to ensure timely launches.Define key KPI’s to measure post launch success and working in partnership with the analytics team, finance and other key stakeholders, build out scorecards to measure, assess and identify areas for additional opportunities to improve performance; Conduct continued assessment post launch via consumer insights, data analysis and channel insights to help optimize.Partner with the various channel marketing leaders to understand any unique key insights and specific needs that can be inputted into the innovation plan and strategy as well as ensuring current inflight projects are meeting channel needs.Develop product positioning and marketing tactics based on consumer insights and data, including messaging, product naming, fact sheets, claims, packaging, and launch ideas.In partnership with finance, help to size and scope new product launches including incrementality and cannibalization analysis, continuing to refine launch projections and build out demand plans across channels.For new product launches in conjunction with cross functional team, build out unit economics and conduct margin analysis across channels to ensure product is meeting financial requirements/targets.Assist with preparation of annual operating plans and marketing budget.Who You are:Strategic:

You're a deft connector of people, concepts, ideas.Education / Experience / SkillsBachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.3-4+ years’ experience in Product Marketing / Product Innovation for consumer brands with experience building and or developing products from innovation discovery through commercialization, can be line extensions through breakthrough innovation.Strong product management skills and product marketing skills with an understanding of new product development process from ideation to execution.Strong analytical & quantitative acumen with deep knowledge of key syndicated data and ecommerce data (IRI a plus) and experience developing business cases.Self-starter who takes initiative and experience with diagnosing and resolving complex problems.Proficiency in distilling insights and conclusions from a variety of market sources and complex data sets.Experience in ecommerce.Experience in agile design thinking a plus.Experience with generation of new marketing ideas, and working with internal and external creative partners.Business builder who owns and drives results and has growth mindset with an excitement to learn.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Compensation and Benefits:We are committed to meeting the needs of our employees and their families with a Total Rewards package that's as comprehensive as the vitamins and supplements we deliver to consumers.
