As a creative Visual Designer at Sonar, you will help grow corporate branding while supporting marketing efforts with sharp, engaging digital and print assets that communicate Sonar's value as a solution to developers striving to write high-quality code.We want to create marketing material that communicates to the world the benefits that Sonar brings to developers and the applications they build. To achieve this goal, we are looking for a talented Visual Designer - you! - to join the Marketing Team.On a daily basis, you will
Create assets to be used both internally and externally, contributing to marketing efforts and the growth of the Sonar brandDevelop engaging assets for digital marketing campaigns to support the demand generation squadWork closely with our Events Marketing Manager to design branded event collateral such as booth designs and promotional itemsSupport in the creation of branded imagery and iconography for Sonar’s web propertiesWork with content creators to design supporting visuals to accompany blog and social media postsTemplatize commonly used brand assets for internal team useDesign branded promo items such as t-shirts, hoodies, hats, stickers, and more. We’re REALLY into swag!The skills you will demonstrate
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a design capacity at a creative agency or working with an in-house marketing teamFluency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premier and FigmaUnderstanding of different print processesStrong communication and listening skillsAn open-minded and positive can-do attitudeAdept at translating unique messages into visual media on a variety of platformsCapable of managing multiple complex projects - scopes and timelinesAbility to support context-switchingTeam player, receiving and giving feedback as well as sharing knowledgeFluent English both written and spokenWhy you will love it here
