As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will help Veterans United provide an exceptional customer experience with timely, informative, and engaging marketing emails. You will implement and optimize new and existing automated email campaigns to improve core metrics and serve customers before, during, and after the home buying and refinancing processes.
This position is based in our Columbia, MO office.Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:Work closely with Creative teams to create new campaigns, build and implement new emails, and strengthen existing campaigns.Monitor daily operations of Marketo and ensure optimal performance.Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries.Configure and optimize email marketing campaigns using the Marketo tool.Coordinate with Data Analysts to gain insight into campaigns, projects, and strategies with reporting.Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.We’re looking for someone who can be passionate about their job and have fun doing it, who will deliver results with integrity, and who enjoys finding ways to enhance the lives of others every day.We’ll also want to know you can demonstrate these attributes:High attention to detailStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentExemplary customer service skillsThrive in a highly cooperative work setting1+ year(s) of experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications and/or SalesFamiliarity with logic or basic coding skillsProficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based companyRegular and predictable attendanceLearn more about us on
