Developing and implementing email marketing strategies and campaignsCreating engaging and compelling email contentSegmenting email lists and optimizing email deliverabilityMonitoring and analyzing email campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvementA/B testing and optimizing email campaigns to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate email marketing efforts with other marketing channelsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve email marketing strategiesRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProven experience in email marketingStrong knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry trendsExperience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant ContactProficiency in HTML and CSS for email template customizationExcellent communication and copywriting skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentExperience with marketing automation tools is a plusFamiliarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plusExperience with email deliverability and list management is a plusKnowledge of GDPR and email marketing compliance is a plusBenefits
