What it is:

The UCO (Universal Consulting Opportunities) Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the high standards of our Stellar parent company yet are tailored to the needs of its global subsidiary. This role is critical in establishing and scaling marketing operations from the ground up in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, focusing on global expansion across diverse geographies. This role will collaborate closely with all departments to drive customer satisfaction and increase awareness of our expanded service offerings. This includes identifying, developing, and delivering relevant and valuable content tailored to specific global markets and diverse customer segments.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Communications, key responsibilities include creating and executing comprehensive marketing and communication plans to inform and engage customers in various global geographies about our services. The manager will play a pivotal role in crafting marketing concepts and themes to develop business as well as manage ongoing marketing initiatives aimed at driving the UCO business as well as customer growth and market success on a global scale. Flexibility is essential, as occasional after-hours work and international and domestic travel might be required to meet the demands of a business serving global customers.

What you'll do:

This is a salary, exempt, full-time role. Your essential duties and responsibilities will consist of:Development and execution of marketing concepts and management of the day-to-day operations of the UCO Marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of all UCO-related initiatives.Provide day-to-day supervision, mentorship, disciplinary action/coaching, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for the directly reporting team members.Leadership - ability to lead, collaborate, motivate, and inspire team members.Provide day-to-day supervision, leadership, mentorship, disciplinary action/coaching, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for directly reporting team members while collaborating, motivating, and inspiring team members.Closely align all marketing and communications activities with other departmental efforts that have a marketing component, tailored to the needs of growing globally.Identify and recommend opportunities for marketing and communication projects for the department.Work closely with supervisor, Stellar team members, Stellar Marketing Manager, web designers, other department managers and directors, and strategic partners to align marketing and communication goals for services offered by UCO with overall company objectives.Create and execute an annual marketing plan and editorial calendar to ensure an effective cadence of integrated Marketing strategies, company initiatives, transactional and operational marketing, and communications internally and externally.Integrated marketing management, including but not limited to delivering engaging communications, print and promotional materials, editorial and press opportunities, email marketing, creative writing, and digital marketing, including blogs, social media posts, and other digital content about UCO marketing operations.Cross-functional collaboration with other departments to develop compelling and relevant marketing content and communications for global audiences.Other responsibilities as assigned.Occasional after-hours and Saturday hours are required and must be able to travel.Timely and regular attendance is an essential function of the position; being physically present in the work environment is an essential job function.Cross-training for other departmental functions is expected and required.Must be able to work in a hybrid work environment both in the office and remotely (in the state of Florida).Requirements

3. Education, Certifications, and Software Skills

BA/BS in a Communications or Marketing field, or equivalent work experience.2 years of management and leadership experience preferred.Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, or other graphics tools preferred.What you need to value:
