The role is focused on tactical execution and delivery, rather than purely strategic oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that is passionate about consumer health, natural ingredients, and the mission of the company, which is to provide high-quality products that help solve and prevent chronic health conditions. The role involves overseeing the entire sales and marketing strategy, including D2C, 2nd/3rd party, B2B, affiliates, partnerships, and online/offline PR. Experience in growing a B2C/D2C company through the $5MM - $20M+ revenue range is essential, with a willingness to invest in scaling to $100M+ in the future. Applicants must have a proven track record in growth marketing strategy, be hands-on with their team, and possess expertise in D2C digital marketplaces, eCommerce, performance media acquisition, and email/CRM retention. Experience in growing a B2C/D2C company through the $5MM - $20M+ revenue range is essential, with a willingness to invest in scaling to $100M+ in the future. The position requires the management and development of a small, high-quality internal team, as well as oversight of freelance, contractors, and suppliers. Data analytics-driven decision-making, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage transformational change and major growth are also key attributes.
