Senior Manager, Consumer Finance
What Will You Do?
The Sr Manager, Consumer Finance is a crucial member of the team responsible for overseeing the consumer finance program. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional collaboration skills to effectively partner with finance vendors, internal teams, and marketing departments. The primary focus is on management of the overall program KPIs and developing robust marketing strategies to expand cardholder acquisition, encourage repeat purchases, and enhance customer retention.
Strategic Marketing Development:
Create and execute dynamic marketing strategies in collaboration with finance vendors to boost cardholder acquisition, increase repeat purchases, and improve customer retention.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments (e.g., IT, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce) to develop, implement, and maintain an efficient and user-friendly customer application and checkout process.Performance Analysis & Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of consumer finance programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.Vendor Relationship Management:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with finance vendors, ensuring alignment on program goals and objectives.Customer Experience Enhancement:
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer journey related to financing options, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.What Do You Need?
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience, Required5 years' experience in consumer finance, marketing strategy, or related roles, RequiredStrong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsEffective time management and organizational skillsWork independently as well as in a team environmentDocument management systemAnalytical and problem solving skillsMaintain confidentialityWorking knowledge of Continuous ImprovementHandle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraintsProficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, internetStrong skills in agility, along with the ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities changes on short noticePerform under strong demands in a fast-paced environmentWork professionally with customers and co-workers to efficiently serve our customers, treating both with enthusiasm and respectDisplay empathy, understanding and patience with employees and external customersRespond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiriesWho Are We?
