biBERK is seeking a Product Designer ready to create a user interface design and simplify the user's experience with our products. This individual is responsible for designing and constructing intuitive designs for both mobile and web applications. Other responsibilities will include conducting users research and delivering a variety of materials that drive higher user experience outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Design and implement user flows, wireframes and proof of concepts that have a business impactCreate the visual design definition, direction and consistency of applications for multiple display devicesCollaborate with Stakeholders, Product and selected vendors to create visual presentations for product roadmap initiativesWork closely with Frontend Developers and Architects to help implement designs as neededEnsure that user experience is formulated to achieve Company goalsMaintain a pulse upon User Experience through site analytics, session replays, A/B Testing, and user testingPurpose solutions for user pain points to increase user engagement throughout the application and company websitesMonitor UX technology trends and innovations, market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologiesPreferred Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience in UX design supporting software applications or website developmentExcellent user interface design skills that leverage Material Design or variety of other frontend frameworksStrong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered design methodologiesStrong information visualization, production, and prototyping skillsIntermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and SketchStrong understanding of responsive web design and have ability to adapt designs to any screen sizeBasic working knowledge of HTML & CSSAbility to clearly communicate ideas and solutionsAbility to collaborate with other UX/UI members by actively participating in feedback sessionsSelf-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a courteous and professional demeanorAbility to be meticulous with accuracy and detailMust be deadline sensitive and adaptable to changeAbout Us

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $85,000

- $100,000/year

Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
